With
rugged construction to endure demanding washdown
environments, PT stainless steel platform scales provide the
ultimate in durability for a variety of commercial, industrial
and mining applications. Ideal for weighing food products,
chemicals, pharmaceuticals or mining materials, the PT
stainless steel platform features an IP66-rated load cell
and stainless steel junction box, sealed for protection against
water and dust. Easy to clean, the grade 304 stainless steel
plate can tolerate frequent washing, while the sleek brushed
surface helps prevent the accumulation of food and dirt
particles. The PT stainless steel scale is supported by a
reinforced frame beneath the platform, allowing the scale to
accommodate substantial loads. Offering solid, dependable
stability, PT stainless steel’s heavy-duty rubber feet are
adjustable to compensate for uneven weighing surfaces.
Optional ramps are tailor-made to fit the exact size of each
platform. PT stainless steel platform can be paired with the
AE 403 indicator to provide the features and functions
needed for any demanding washdown weighing task. |

AE 403

Designed with
durable stainless steel housing, the AE 403 indicator
features an IP67 rating for protection against dust and water. The
indicator is hard-wired with a mains lead, allowing the mains plug
to fit inside a waterproof socket for additional protection. Check-
weighing is fast and easy, as results are shown in 40mm-high digits
on the backlit display that changes color when the weight is over,
under or within limits. A capacity tracker on the display helps users
easily monitor overloads. The internal rechargeable battery means
the AE 403 can operate even if electricity is unavailable. It’s simple
to transmit results to computers or printers using the RS232 interface.
A bracket is included, so the AE 403 can quickly be mounted on
the wall or other vertical surface for optimum visibility and flexibility.
External calibration allows verification and adjustment with weights. |

general purpose thermal roll printer, the ATP2 is ideal for use with most
balances and scales. Designed to be efficient and compact, the printer oc-
cupies minimal space on a bench or tabletop. Operation is simple, with an
on/off switch, paper feed button and three LED indicators. Ideal for printing
applications, the ATP2 is able to perform a variety of other commands, such
as setting tabs, spacing and carriage return. Users can specify absolute
position,
select or disable double width, and designate line feed. The printer is
preset to
work with the default RS232 interface on all balances, but adapts easily
to
work with other equipment. |
