ErgoDeck® has LockSafe®, a patented and totally effective, interlocking system that
quickly "locks" tiles together, and keeps them together despite constant use. The tiles are
accurately aligned for a neat, and seamless floor without maintenance or safety headaches.
ErgoDeck® is a family of innovative, 18" x 18"
Super-Sized Ergonomic Tiles. It’s the most
advanced, professional-grade, ergonomic matting
system on the market today.
ErgoDeck® tiles are incredibly substantial,
and are designed with an excellent durometer to
prevent standing worker fatigue, encourage
productivity, and absorb the shock of heel strike.
The tiles are engineered with underside Flex-
points, systematically spaced to support workers
weight, provide flexibility underfoot and reduce fatigue.
ErgoDeck® Tiles are Super-Sized, 18" x 18".
These larger components quickly and easily cover
large areas and require less time and labor to install.
This results in cost savings, and less disruption to site
activities.
ErgoDeck® is engineered to withstand cart
traffic and heavy usage. ErgoDeck™ tiles can
endure up to 64 psi, the equivalent of a 300 lb. cart
with 4" diameter wheels. All versions have slightly
textured, flat surface designs, which provide excellent
traction while accommodating wheel traffic.
