Type 19 Adjustable Side Outlet Tee is used in pairs to form variable angle joints between 90 and 180 degrees. Type 20 Side Outlet Elbow is a 90 degree corner joint most frequently used for the top rail of guardrailing. Type 30 is an adjustable fitting used for guardrailing on a slope between the mid-rail and an intermediate upright which is required to remain vertical. The Type 35 Three Socket Cross fitting is most frequently used to tie uprights with horizontal pipe in three directions, all at 90 degrees to the upright. Type 45 Crossover is designed to create a 90 degree offset crossover joint and is frequintly used on guardrailing where a continuous horizontal pipe is used.
