safety conscious MORStak™ Forklift
Mounted Drum Rackers, you can move drums
on and off racks, pallets, trucks, etc. with your
forklift. Lift an upright drum and place in horizontal
position. Rack rimmed 55-gallon steel or plastic
drums weighing up to 800 Lb. side by side with
virtually zero clearance between them. Handle your
drum with a drum faucet in
place -see diagram
(bottom of page). This allows your drum rack to
serve as a dispensing station.

MORStak™ Fork Mounted Drum Racker
A
2-button pendant reaches back to the forklift operator to
control drum tilting. Forklift mounted drum rackers feature
battery powered tilt with self contained hydraulics. They
have a positive drum gripping mechanism that must be
manually engaged before lifting an upright drum or tilting a
drum from horizontal position. MORStak™ drum rackers
will not allow you to tilt your drum without the clamp engaged.
MORStak™
forklift mounted drum rackers include
a 12V deep cycle battery and charger. They do not
connect to the hydraulics or power of your forklift.

With
Model 289F MORStak™ Fork
Mounted Drum Racker in place on
your forklift, you can rack a drum
with your forklift. Rack drums side
by side with virtually zero clearance
between them.
Manually
clamp an upright drum
into the holder, then lift and tilt it to horizontal position.
You
can lift your upright drum from
the floor or off a pallet.
After
removing your drum from a
rack with the MORStak™ Fork
Mounted Drum Racker, secure
the clamp before tilting the drum
back to upright position.
Tilt
the drum to racking position - raise
and tilt your rimmed 55-gallon plastic or
steel drum to horizontal position. Then
transport the drum to the rack with your
forklift.
Before
placing your drum into the
rack, release the clamp.

With
Model 289C MORStak™ Forklift
Carriage Mounted Drum Racker in
place on your ITA Class 2 forklift
carriage, you can rack a drum with
your forklift. Rack drums side by side
with virtually zero clearance between
them.
Manually
clamp an upright drum into the holder, then lift and tilt it
to
horizontal position. Release the clamp to rack the drum. You
can lift an
upright drum from the floor or a pallet. Tilt the drum to racking
position.
Then transport the drum and raise it to the rack with your forklift.
